Al Jazeera is supporting anti-independence fundamentalist and militant organizations :: Dr. S.M Jahangir Alam***Engr. Raju Hasan. Sr. Staff Correspondence :

==========================================

Al Jazeera’s recent report on Bangladesh has provoked a strong reaction from the entire country.The present government, important institutions of the government, the terrorist forces, including the Ppolice administration, have degraded the important organs of the night. Radical and anti-independence and militant organizations have been incited. Their report has been disseminated as baseless and destructive. Al Jazeera has previously published anti-Bangladesh reports against the liberation war of Bangladesh and on the side of the anti-independence forces. Al Jazeera is a news-based television channel owned by the Media Network and broadcast from Doha, Qatar. Initially launched in Arabic, the satellite channel is now expanding from Al Jazeera as a TV channel to multiple languages, including the Internet and prominent TV channels around the world. Al Jazeera has entered various parts of the world. Al Jazeera is a Qatari Government-owned channel. Launched as the first 24-hour news channel in the Arab world in 1996, Al Jazeera once played a role in distorting Bangladesh’s history, but is now conspiring to destabilize the political situation by providing provocative news. The Qatar-based TV channel, which believes in terrorist ideology, is now supporting anti-independence radicals and militant groups through Al Jazeera as a sponsor of various militant groups around the world.

Since 2013, it has become a means of reaching out to the world about the activities of various militant groups, including the Taliban, Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood and IS. Meanwhile, evidence of financial support from Qatar to militant groups has also been published in the world media. This TV channel broadcasts videos of the activities of various terrorist groups all the time. The idea is that this is possible because of the links with the international criminal gangs. This is the first time that Al Jazeera has been featured in the history of Osama Bin Laden’s interviews and the history of Al Qaeda. The TV journalists were even instructed to cover the Muslim Brotherhood, an extremist group currently banned in Egypt. As a result, several journalists quit their jobs. There have also been reports of covert operations against the channel in Egypt and other Arab countries. That is why the Al Qaeda-led operation in Afghanistan, the suicide bombing, the suicide bombing in London on July 7, 2007, etc., were the only events broadcast on Al Jazeera. ‘This channel is run on extremist ideology and is the mouthpiece of that political ideology. The United States has accused Al Jazeera of opposing women’s empowerment, sponsoring militancy, inciting religious incitement and yellow journalism.

After 2009, during the H.E. Sheikh Hasina Government, Al Jazeera has been spreading propaganda about various incidents in Bangladesh. Their news is served. Because their reporters get the news that something could happen. Negative news about the current government has always been in the international media. However, the channel has long been involved in biased news coverage around the world. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Bahrain blocked Al Jazeera’s website in last May 2017 for provocative and controversial news coverage. With the disappearance of three people in 2019, the website published a false report about the conspiracy of a senior security and military official in Bangladesh. In fact, the media has been accused of sponsoring and aiding terrorism. They have also set an example of reporting offensive news on the internal affairs of many countries. As a result, the country is facing security threats and the people are confused. It should be noted that Al Jazeera also presented information that once the report is published and the country will fall into political instability if the war criminals are tried.

At that time, the trial of war criminals was presented to the world as a farce and an attempt was made to create an image of the notorious and identified war criminals of 1971 by dressing them as Islamic thinkers. A report on August 10, 2011 said, “It is the first time the government has been using the trials to round up the opposition.” Al Jazeera television and the media have links with the country’s Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh, a party that has opposed the liberation war and the country’s history that evidence of war crimes will be brought before a judge, but there are accusations.

The group is a criminal in the eyes of the International Criminal Tribunal. Several other Al Jazeera reports have defended Jamaat  Islami Bangladesh. In particular, in the report titled Bangladesh Politician Accused of War Crime, the reporter defended the war criminal Golam Azam. In 2014, we saw the television channel, which is owned by the Qatari royal family, deliberately broadcast negative news about the war criminals’ trial process. The main purpose of the International Criminal Tribunal (ICT) was to question the nature of the news. The level of that propaganda has now spread to the patriotic army of Bangladesh. Al Jazeera’s role was disgusting even after the death sentence of war criminal Mir Kashem Ali. In the wake of that incident, the war criminals’ trial was presented as politically motivated in a program where Toby Cadman and David Bergman deliberately confuse the audience. Even war criminals. After the final verdict of Kamaruzzaman’s death sentence. The Bangladesh Party Chief to Hang for War Crimes, in a broadcast in title, satirized the martyrdom of 3 million people and said that according to historians 3 to 5 million people died in the war of liberation. Al-Jazeera has been seen as the mouthpiece of Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh. Participated in the campaign on behalf of the war criminals. This channel still speaks in tune with the criminals here. Al Jazeera incited militancy and in 2013 tried to perpetuate the Ganajagaran Mancha movement as a force for war criminals. Thus, Al Jazeera took a stand against all good efforts by campaigning for the war criminals. Not only this, with the help of fire you can do welding. There are many questions about the report published by Al Jazeera. We hear from Haris Ahmed that the police-RAB of Bangladesh, even the ministers follow his words. But whether it is his claim or the fact that it is, Haris Ahmed is talking about getting a job in a five-star hotel in exchange for a commission. It has even been suggested that officials from the London High Commission be present at the meeting. But are the High Commission officials really involved? Evidence of that did not match. The report did not provide enough evidence to prove Harris’s involvement in the military, from buying bullets. A video conference with a company was shown in London. Ahmed controls, it has been claimed. But is the work really controlled by his words? At one point, Harris Ahmed spoke to a so-called DGFI official. The so-called reason is not on the other side, but the politically motivated propaganda run by some notorious individuals associated with the extremist group Jamaat-e-Islami, who have been opposed to Al Jazeera’s progressive and non-sectarian policies since the establishment of independent Bangladesh in 1971. The report does not even mention the brutal genocide of 1971. Jamaat criminals killed millions of civilian Bengalis and raped more than two lakh women at that time. This is a reflection of the political bias of Al Jazeera and its chief commentator, David Bergman, who was convicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for Bangladesh (ICTB) for challenging the number of martyrs in the 1971 liberation war. The identity of the source of the allegations in the Al Jazeera report could not be ascertained. Apart from a bunch of misleading sarcasm and crooked hints, the report is nothing more than a suspected international criminal, whom Al Jazeera has called a psychopath. There is not the slightest evidence of that person’s involvement with the Prime Minister or any state institution in Bangladesh. And reaching a final decision based on the words of someone who is mentally unbalanced is indicative of a great irresponsibility for an international news channel. Not surprisingly, a number of convicted fugitive criminals and notorious individuals backed by Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh have created this anti-Bangladesh propaganda in their traditional guise, who have been involved in various conspiracies with various international extremist groups and media, especially Al Jazeera. Al Jazeera Origin: Supporting Bangladesh’s anti-independence, war criminals, fundamentalists and militants.
